About Alf Plus

Alf Plus is an interactive e-learning platform designed to meet students' educational needs anytime and anywhere by connecting them with outstanding students in the same grade or age who share their knowledge and experiences in an easy and direct way. These 'tutors' are fellow students, making communication more understandable and effective, while adhering to the curriculum and direct interaction via the platform.

Terminology

Alf Plus educational platform: the website and application owned, managed, or hosted by the Alf Plus company, designed for smartphones and tablets.

Student (Client): the student registered on Alf Plus to receive lessons and educational assistance from their outstanding peers.

Outstanding Student (Service Provider): the student excelling in the same grade or age who shares knowledge and assists peers in teaching and studying through the platform.

Third Party: any intermediary, media, commercial, or advertising entity contracted with Alf Plus to provide related services or activities.

User: any student, outstanding student, or person permitted to use the platform.

Data: all data related to the use of the application or service, or related to users.

Intellectual Property Rights: include patents, copyrights, designs, trademarks, logos, and any other registered or unregistered rights.

Eligibility for Services

You acknowledge and guarantee that your account has not been previously disabled on Alf Plus, that you are not a competitor of Alf Plus nor provide a similar service, and that you are eligible to use the platform and do not violate any law or other contract.

Commitments and Guarantees

You acknowledge and agree to the following: comply with applicable laws in your country (e.g., Saudi Arabia), provide accurate information about your grade and age during registration and update it, do not share login details or use the platform for non-educational purposes, do not cheat or assist others in cheating on exams or assignments, maintain privacy of communication within the platform and avoid exchanging personal data outside it (phone numbers, social media accounts). Alf Plus reserves the right to reject or suspend accounts without providing reasons.

Prohibited Behaviors

Any offensive or inciting language, inappropriate content, arranging meetings outside the platform or exchanging personal information, using names or images that violate public decency or impersonate others.

License Scope and Intellectual Property Rights

Alf Plus grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the platform for educational purposes only. All content, design, and logo rights belong to Alf Plus and may not be copied or distributed without written permission.

Commercial Conduct Policy

The quality of teaching is the responsibility of the outstanding student, and Alf Plus acts only as an intermediary and is not responsible for educational outcomes. Alf Plus is not liable for damages resulting from platform use or communication between students. Alf Plus may record sessions to ensure quality and investigate violations, while respecting privacy.

Limitation of Liability

You may close your account at any time, and Alf Plus may immediately suspend violating accounts. Alf Plus reserves the right to modify the terms or services, and continued use constitutes agreement to the changes.

Termination of Use and Amendments

These terms are subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and in accordance with them.
